The King Khan of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan is one of the rare actors, who became a humongous star despite being an outsider. While now SRK is a global star, before entering the entertainment industry he did occasional odd jobs and one of them was being an usher for Pankaj Udhas concert for that he earned his first paycheque of Rs 50.
Talking about it during the promotions of Raees, he said, “I have travelled some long distances when I was younger. I did one when I got my first earnings from a Pankaj Udhas concert. I was an usher. We got Rs 50, so we went to Taj Mahal, saved money.”

2023 has been a blockbuster year for Shah Rukh Khan as both of his films Pathaan and Jawan earned over Rs 1000 crore at the global box office. The actor is now gearing up for the release of Dunki, which is directed by Rajkumar Hirani, who previously helmed PK, Sanju, 3 Idiots and Munnabhai franchise. It also stars Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu among others and is set to hit the screens during the Christmas weekend. The film will lock horns with Prabhas and Shruti Haasan’s Salaar at the box office.
