The AISSEE 2024 exam was conducted on January 28 in two shifts – from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM for class 6 and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM for class 9. The provisional answer key for the exam was published on February 25, 2024. Candidates were given until February 27, 2024, to raise any objections or clarify any discrepancies they found in the provisional answer key. After considering the challenges raised by the candidates, the National Testing Agency released the final answer key on March 12, 2024.
The exam for class 6 was conducted in 13 languages, including Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Odiya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. On the other hand, the exam for class 9 was held only in English.
To access their results, candidates can log in to the official portal using their ‘Application Number’ and ‘Date of Birth’. Alternatively, they can follow these steps:
1. Visit the official website at aissee.nta.nic.in
2. Click on the link that says, “Click Here for ScoreCard”
3. Enter your application number and date of birth (DoB)
4. Your result will be displayed on the screen
5. Download and print a copy for future referenceAdmissions to both existing and new Sainik Schools will be conducted exclusively through e-Counselling mode. Candidates who are eligible for the next phase of admission will need to register themselves at pesa.ncog.gov.in/sainikschoolecounselling/. During the counselling process, candidates will be required to provide necessary documents and fulfill self-declaration requirements. These submissions will be verified in accordance with prescribed norms at subsequent stages of the admission process.
