UPSC Civil Services Prelims Exam 2024: The Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) has published a notice for Manipur candidates, stating that the Commission has decided that the candidates who have opted Imphal (Manipur)’ Centre, can choose any of the 80 notified Centres of the Civil Services Preliminary Examination. The option of change of Centres for such candidates will be available on the Website of the Commission from April 8 to April 19, 2024, on round the clock basis.
“The candidates may also submit their requests for change of centres by calling on toll free helpline number (1800118711) on all working days from 8th to 19th April, 2024 between 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM,” UPSC in an official notice said. The candidates can also send their Centre change representations at E-mail ID [email protected] from April 8 to 19, 2024. Moreover, e-mail and SMS will be sent to all the candidates who have opted for Imphal Centre on their registered e-mail address and mobile number.
On receipt of Centre change options from the willing candidates through any of the above modes, they will be allocated to the Venues of their chosen Centres and accordingly, a message confirming the change of Centres shall be sent to each such candidate on his/her registered mobile number.
UPSC Civil Services Prelims Admit Card 2024 Release Date
The Commission will release the UPSC Civil Services Prelims E-admit card 2024 to these candidates along with other eligible candidates of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2024, around one week before the date of the examination.

UPSC will hold the Civil Services Preliminary Examination- 2024 on June 16. Earlier the UPSC CSE Prelims was scheduled to be held on May 26, 2024. However, the UPSC CSE 2024 Prelims examination date was revised due to the Lok Sabha elections. “Due to the schedule of the impending General Election, the Commission has decided to postpone the Civil Services(Preliminary) Examination – 2024 which also serves as screening test for Indian Forest Service Examination, 2024 from 26-05-2024 to 16-06-2024,” reads the official website.
