MAURIZIO SARRI could be in line for a Premier League return.
The veteran Italian tactician, 65, has been out of work since quitting Lazio last month in a massive shock.
He took charge of Chelsea in 2018 but left for Juventus at the end of the season after guiding the Blues to Europa League glory.
At the time, Sarri reportedly wanted to be closer to his family in his homeland.
But according to Italian outlet Il Messaggero, he is keen for another crack at the Premier League after snubbing Nottingham Forest recently.
Their report suggests that he has offers on the table from Newcastle and West Ham but is yet to respond.
It goes on to claim that Sarri wants a £50million war chest from his new employers to allow him to bring Lazio duo Alessio Romagnoli and Matteo Guendouzi with him.
Centre-back Romagnoli, 29, and midfielder Guendouzi, 25, were key players in the spine of the chain-smoking boss’ team.
Guendouzi is on loan at the Serie A outfit with a requirement to complete a permanent deal at the end of the season.
He has Premier League experience with Arsenal and may feel he has a point to prove after being shipped out by the Gunners amid concerns over his temperament.

Earlier this month, SunSport exclusively revealed that David Moyes is refusing to sign a new contract at West Ham.
The Scot is irked that some of the support want him out and at having to defend his results and style despite leading the Hammers on three European adventures.
Eddie Howe has struggled to build on last season’s momentum with injury-hit Newcastle.
The Magpies sit sixth in the table but are some distance off challenging for a Champions League return.
Both clubs would be promising prospects should they decide to make a change in the dugout, while there are reports that Leicester could part ways with Enzo Maresca even if they seal promotion.
