Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking
Candidates must fill in their preferred choices of colleges and courses after the registration. It is recommended to select the maximum number of choices to increase the chance of admission. Choices must be locked within the specified time frame.
Step 3: Temporary Seat Allotment
Temporary seat allotment will be based on the choices locked by candidates and the OJEE merit list. Seat allotment status can be checked on the official website and will also be sent to the registered email and mobile number.
Step 4: Reporting at Nodal Centres for Admission Fee Payment
Candidates who receive a seat allotment must visit nodal reporting centres to verify documents and pay the admission fees. A seat confirmation fee of Rs 25,000 must be paid at any branch of Axis Bank/State Bank via e-Challan or online mode using a credit/debit card.   • Employment certificate of candidate’s parents from Govt. of Odisha/Govt. of India undertakings located in Odisha at the time of application

Step 5: Final Seat Allotment
After document verification and fee submission at the nodal centres, the final seat allotment will be released on the official website. Candidates must download their seat allotment letters.
Step 6: Reporting at Allotted Institute
Candidates allotted seats in the final allotment must report to the designated institute with their seat allotment letter. It is important to report within the specified time to confirm the seat. All educational and relevant documents must be carried to the allotted institute.
