New Delhi: UGC NET Paper leaked. Sources from the Central Bureau of Investigation informed NDTV that the question paper for the UGC-NET exam, conducted on Tuesday, had been leaked 48 hours before the exam and was being sold on the dark web and encrypted social media platforms for Rs 6 lakh. Sources indicated that the origin of the leak remains unclear at present. The agency will collaborate with the National Testing Agency, the exam conducting body responsible for holding competitive exams, to investigate further.

The UGC-NET, 2024, exam for the selection of junior research fellows, assistant professors and PhD scholars was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on June 18 in two shifts across the country. The next day, the University Grants Commission received inputs from the National Cyber Crime Threat Analytics Unit of the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (l4C) that the paper was available on the darknet and was allegedly being sold for Rs 5-6 lakh on messaging platforms, sources said, news agency PTI reported.
