School Holiday: In view of the current situation and heavy rainfall, the Tripura government has declared a two-day closure for all schools on August 21 and 22, 2024. All students, teachers, and staff are requested to stay safe and follow the instructions.

According to India Meteorological Department, isolated heavy rainfall very likely over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh during August 21 to 23; Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand Odisha during August 21– 25; Bihar during August 21– 24; Andaman & Nicobar Islands on August 24; Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura during August 21 to 26, 2024.
