Informed sources told the daily the link will be via a high-speed train, or the so-called magnetic train or “bullet train”, between Kuwait and the Saudi capital, Riyadh. The sources added that the advisory study for the project will take 6 months following which a joint agreement is expected to be signed between the two countries.
