Tod’s opens new boutique in Saint Tropez

Italian luxury shoemaker Tod’s has opened a new boutique in Saint Tropez.

Located on Rue François Sibilli, the new boutique houses the men’s and women’s accessory collections including Tod’s iconic products, such as the Di Bag and Bubble Gommino together with a selection of T Timeless bags and raffia sandals from the current summer collection. 

The intimate space has an easy and relaxed luxury feel, which is synonymous with both, the Brand and the city. In particular, the boutique is characterized by silver mirrors, Tod’s custom-made vitrines, suspended shelves with travertino marble and details in Tod’s signature Vacchetta leather. 

At the heart of the store is an exclusive customization service. The service allows clients to personalize their very own Di Bag and Gommino, through initials or a special lettering in selected colors.

Tod’s was founded as a small shoe factory in Casette D’Ete, on the Adriatic coast of Italy, over a century ago. Today, all Tod’s products continue to be entirely Made in Italy. 

Earlier this month, Tod’s confirmed the departure of its creative director Walter Chiapponi, who has headed the brand since October 2019. He will leave the company after the presentation of its final Spring/Summer 2024 women’s collection on September 22, during Milan Fashion Week.
