A man accused of repeatedly kicking his pregnant partner in the stomach, stomping on her head and telling her he would “slaughter” her when they got home is alleged to have threatened to assault others when released from prison.
Kalgoorlie Magistrate Court heard Cody Grant Richard Stokes, 30, allegedly made the threats during one of 252 calls to his partner, the complainant in an alleged domestic violence offence, during his 52 days in custody at Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison.
