NEET PG Counselling 2023: First round seat allotment result for AIQ seats today

NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is set to announce the seat allotment result for the first round of NEET PG counselling 2023 today, August 7. This allotment will determine the admission to 50 per cent of All India quota seats in MD and MS programmes.

Candidates can access the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for postgraduate (NEET PG) 2023 seat allotment results on the official website at mcc.nic.in. Those who receive seats will have to upload their documents on the MCC portal on August 8. Subsequently, students must report to their allotted institutes with original documents between August 8 and 14.
For the NEET PG 2023 round 2 seat allotment, the registration process will take place from August 17 to August 22, with the results being released on August 25.

During reporting at the colleges, candidates need to have several essential documents for verification purposes. These include the Allotment Letter issued by MCC, Admit Card issued by NBE, Result or rank letter issued by NBE, and mark sheets of MBBS or BDS 1st, 2nd, and 3rd professional examinations. Additionally, candidates must have their MBBS/BDS degree certificate or provisional certificate, along with an Internship completion certificate from the head of the institution or college stating that they will finish their Internship by March 31.
Moreover, candidates should possess the permanent/provisional registration certificate issued by MCI/NMC or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council. In cases where the candidate is undergoing internship and is likely to complete it by March 31 of the admission year, a Provisional Registration Certificate is acceptable.
Furthermore, candidates must have a High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth and one of the identification proofs (ID Proof) mentioned in the Information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for NEET, such as PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, or Aadhaar Card.
Additionally, candidates belonging to reserved categories must carry relevant certificates, such as SC/ST certificate, EWS certificate, OBC certificate, and Disability certificate, if applicable.
