At the start of Episode 4 of Ahsoka, Ahsoka and Sabine discuss their mission to find Ezra and Thrawn. However, they realize they may be running out of time and need to take action to prevent others from locating them. Sabine is upset at the prospect of leaving Ezra behind and becomes determined to stop Morgan Elsbeth, Baylan, and their crew.
Ahsoka notices Sabine’s intense energy and tries to teach her a lesson about doing what is right, regardless of personal feelings. Unfortunately, both Ahsoka and Sabine struggle to follow through on this wisdom.
Ahsoka, Sabine, and Jedi droid Huyang work on repairing their ship after being stranded on the planet of Seatos. They plan to confront Baylan, Shin Hati, and Inquisitor Marrok but are interrupted by Morgan Elsbeth’s assassin droids. After defeating the droids, Huyang encourages the two women to work together, but they choose to split up instead.
Ahsoka needs to contact Hera Syndulla and discovers that Hera is already on her way to Seatos with a group of rebel fighters. Meanwhile, Ahsoka faces off against Marrok and Sabine fights Shin. Ahsoka easily defeats Marrok, but he disappears in a cloud of smoke. Ahsoka and Sabine’s decision to split up proves costly as Ahsoka’s fight with Baylan becomes challenging due to her burned hand. In a moment of anger, she Force chokes Shin.
Believing Ahsoka to be dead, Sabine is manipulated by Baylan and gives him back the map that Ahsoka had burned. Hera and her team arrive too late, witnessing Morgan’s hyperdrive ring in action. Ahsoka wakes up in the World Between Worlds and is shocked to find Anakin Skywalker there.
With the good guys facing difficulties and Ahsoka in another realm, the episode ends on a cliffhanger with uncertain outcomes for their mission.
