“It is hereby notified that online registration for AIBE- XVIII has been extended till 9th Oct 2023 and the last date for payment of online registration for AIBE-XVIII extended till 10th Oct 2023,” reads a statement on the official website of Bar Council of India.
As per the original schedule, the AIBE 18 Registration 2023 started on August 16. The last date to fill out the application form was September 30, which has been extended till October 09. The AIBE XVII Exam 2023 will be conducted on October 29, while the admit card will be issued on October 20, 2023.

Additionally, the council has increased the minimum passing criteria for candidates in the General category to 45%, whereas Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates now need to achieve a minimum of 40% to pass the exam. Previously, the minimum qualifying percentage for reserved categories was 35%.
How to apply for AIBE 18 Exam 2023?
Step 1. Go to the official website of All India Bar Examination at allindiabarexamination.com
Step 2. On the homepage, click on the link that reads, ‘Registration link AIBE XVIII’
Step 3. A new page will open, register yourself and generate the login credentials
Step 4. Now, log in using the same details and fill out the application form for AIBE XVIII 2023
Step 5. Upload the required documents and pay the application fee
Step 6. Download and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference
