Philly motorcyclist stomps on back windshield of Nikki Bullock’s car: video

A raging motorcyclist stomped on the back windshield of a car carrying a mother, her girlfriend and her two kids on a Philadelphia street Sunday, according to footage of the confrontation.

The shocking moment, recorded by a tourist, shows the unidentified man riding a two-wheeler with a bunch of other motorcyclists, dirt bikers and ATV riders before he got off his bike and jumped on the car Sunday night near Philadelphia City Hall.

As the suspect — wearing a “You Ain’t No Killa” t-shirt – shattered the windshield, a gun fell from his pants, according to the video and authorities.

The driver, identified as 23-year-old mother Nikki Bullock by CBS Philadelphia, immediately got out of the car and confronted the suspect, who pointed the handgun at the woman’s face before quickly stuffing it back down his pants, according to the video.

The motorcyclist then head butted the victim with his helmet still on as the two jawed at each other.

Bullock didn’t back down, and shoved the man so hard off he almost fell off his motorcycle.

“The kids were screaming. Like it was insane,” Bullock told the local CBS outlet, adding later. “The only thing that protected my kids from not having a bunch of glass from shattering on top of them is that my back windshield was tinted.”

Bullock later carried her child from the car, with her girlfriend carrying the other small child following the incident.

“The (driver) was very brave,” the 27-year-old man who took the video, Florida resident George Coloney, told The Post Monday night.

Coloney said the suspect jumped on Bullock’s vehicle after a dirt bike hit the car, leading to an argument.

Philadelphia police said Monday the department is seeking a suspect connected to the aggravated assault and vandalism, posting screenshots of the suspect on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Authorities pointed out tattoos on one of the suspect’s arms and the handgun he was holding in photos released of the incident.

“At this time, we are still attempting to locate the complainant,” Philadelphia police said in an email to The Post Monday night. “Major Crimes is investigating. Anyone with information is encouraged to call or text the PPD’s tipline at 215-686-TIPS (8477).”

District Attorney Larry Krasner also had tough words for the suspect during a press conference Monday.

“That person, whoever that person is, if that person is caught. And I get the chance to charge that person, we will be going after that person very, very vigorously after that person for that conduct, he said, according to CBS.

Coloney said he got into touch with the victim Monday after he posted the video on Instagram that has racked up nearly 860,000 views.

He was visiting the City of Brotherly Love for two nights when he captured the moment from the top of a double-decker bus.

“I’m just happy because the video got out there that we were able to find who the girl is and there’s been a lot of people sending her money to pay for the car,” he said.
