Recently engaged to longtime boyfriend Matthew Copley, the 38-year-old singer cut a casual figure at Perth Airport’s arrival hall with a denim jacket tied around her waist but all eyes were on her $123,000 engagement ring.
The Innocent Eyes singer wore an Artiste buttoned shirt dress that retails for $619.
Goodrem’s flashy engagement ring isn’t the only thing putting a smile on the Aussie music veteran’s face.
Her latest foray on the small screen, a Netflix rom-com set in Far North Queensland has been hit with fans but not critics.
The movie, starring Goodrem as a pilot, has soared to the top of Netflix’s charts, hitting No 1 in America and the global Netflix charts and No 3 in Australia.
It attracted a whopping 11.7 million viewers in its first week.
Love Is In The Air tells the story of a dedicated pilot Dana Randall, played by Goodrem, who is fighting to save her family business, Fullerton Airways.
The Guardian gave it a one star review calling it a “saccharine mess”.
Goodrem’s tour marks the 20th anniversary of the release of her hit single Innocent Eyes.
