The UG NEET counselling round is aimed at filling up vacant seats after the regular admission process for courses such as MBBS, BDS, and other allied medical programs.

- NEET 2023 admit card
- NEET 2023 result/scorecard
- Passing certificate/mark sheet/admit card of Class 10 or equivalent exam
- Passing certificate/mark sheet/admit card of Class 12 or equivalent exam
- Residential certificate
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Six copies of the passport-sized photographs (same as the one pasted on the admit card of NEET 2023)
- Bihar NEET or UGMAC application form
- Aadhaar Card
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
Follow these steps to register for Bihar NEET UG Stray Vacancy round 2023
Step 1: Visit the official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
Step 2: Access the application portal for UGMAC 2023 by clicking on the provided link.
Step 3: Provide your basic details on the subsequent window to generate a new user ID and password.
Step 4: Log in using the credentials generated by the system.
Step 5: Complete the BCECEB NEET UG application form.
Step 6: Upload the necessary documents and proceed to pay the counselling fee.
Step 7: Finally, submit your application and ensure to keep a printout for future reference.
Application fee
Unreserved category candidates must pay a non-refundable registration/counselling fee of Rs. 1200, while reserved category candidates must pay Rs. 600 as application fees.
Updated counselling schedule
- The updated counselling schedule published by the authority provides the key events and deadlines for the Bihar NEET UG counselling process in October 2023:
- The last day for UGMAC (Under Graduate Medical Admission Counseling) registration is set for October 13, 2023, at 10 PM. The deadline for the payment of counselling fees is also October 13, 2023, at 11:59 PM.
- One day after the payment deadline, on October 14, 2023, candidates are granted the opportunity for online editing of their Bihar UGMAC application forms.
- On October 15, 2023, the Bihar NEET UG rank list or merit list is scheduled to be released. This list will serve as the basis for the subsequent steps in the counselling process, including choice filling.
- From October 16 to October 18, 2023, candidates will engage in the Bihar NEET UG choice-filling process, during which they will be able to specify their preferences for the medical colleges or courses they wish to pursue.
