TS ICET 2023 Special Phase Counselling Schedule 2023: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education Hyderabad, Department of Technical Education has released the counselling schedule for the Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET 2023) special phase round. The eligible and qualified candidates of TSICET-2023 desirous of seeking admission into MBA and MCA Courses are informed that the payment of Processing Fee, Slot Booking for Certificate Verification, Certificate Verification, and Option Exercise will commence as per the schedule. TS ICET 2023 Special Phase Counselling Seat Allotment Result
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education Hyderabad, Department of Technical Education will declare the seat allotment result on or before October 20.

Who Can Exercise Options in Special Phase?
- Candidates who have secured seat but not interested to join.
- Who have not secured seat so far but got their certificates verified.
- Who have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified in earlier phases or in special phase.
- Who have secured a seat, self reported and Reporting at Allotted College aspiring for a better option.
- And any other eligible candidates.
The candidates/parents are informed that the Government has permitted MBA/MCA courses in private Unaided colleges under self-finance mode. The candidates seeking admission into Private Unaided self-finance colleges are not eligible for Tuition Fee Reimbursement. The candidate has to pay the Tuition Fee through online in order to retain provisional allotment of seat in private unaided self-finance colleges/ courses.
The Candidate who secures provisional allotment in special Phase in same college with different course has to download the fresh provisional allotment order (special phase) and once again report in the same college in different course on or before 31.10.2023, otherwise the provisional allotment shall automatically stands cancelled.
The candidates who secure provisional allotment in special phase in different college has to take back the original Transfer Certificate (T.C) from the college where he/she has reported after the final phase and shall report at the special phase allotted college on or before 31.10.2023, otherwise the provisional allotment shall automatically stands cancelled.
