JEECUP 2023 round 7 seat allotment result released at jeecup.admissions.nic.in; Seat acceptance by Oct 23

The Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination Council (JEEC) has declared the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (JEECUP) 2023 round 7 seat allotment results.
Candidates who had registered for the choice filling and counselling, can check the JEECUP 2023 allotment results released on the official website- jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
To view the JEECUP seat allotment results for engineering diploma, follow these steps below:
Step 1: Begin by visiting the official JEECUP website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
Step 2: Look for and click on the section titled “Round 7 seat allotment result of JEECUP counselling 2023.”
Step 3: Locate the link provided under the Candidates activity board (excluding Pharmacy).
Step 4: Once you click the link, the webpage will automatically redirect you to the result page.
Step 5: Enter your application number, password, and the security pin as prompted.
Step 6: After entering the required credentials, proceed by logging in.
Step 7: Upon successful login, the JEECUP allotment status will be displayed on the screen.
Step 8: Make sure to carefully check the details, and if you have been allotted a seat, promptly download the allotment order for future reference and necessary actions.
Candidates will have the option to freeze their allotted seats by depositing the seat acceptance fee.
Candidates will need to pay a fee of Rs. 3250 in order to freeze their option.
Seat acceptance begins today, October 22, 2023. Candidates will be required to accept the allotted seats by paying the fee within the deadline, by October 23, 2023.
According to the council, candidates will have to get their documents verified at the deisgnated help centres in different government and state-aided polytechnic institutes.
Candidate will be able to complete the admission process only in these designated institutes.
The notification reads, “Submitting the willingness and paying the seat acceptance fee are mandatory for all candidates who got allotted a seat. Failure to complete these tasks by the given deadline will lead to the cancellation of the provisionally allotted seat.”
Choice filling for Round 8 of counselling is expected to begin on October 24.
JEECUP is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Government of Uttar Pradesh for admission to government, government-aided, and private polytechnics in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
The exam is held annually in the month of June, and students who have passed Class 10 with at least 35% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are eligible to apply.
