Orlando Pirates are relieved after returning to ways just in time ahead of the eagerly anticipated Soweto Derby, Thembinkosi Lorch issues a warning to rivals Kaizer Chiefs.
Lorch is enjoying fine form since his return from injury and has bagged three Man of the Match Awards since his return.

After their 1-0 win over Sekhukhune United on Tuesday night, Lorch says they will give their best Chiefs in the derby this coming weekend.
LORCH SENDS WARNING TO RIVALS CHIEFS
The talented Pirates midfielder, Lorch says he expects a tough match against Chiefs who are now coached by Cavin Johnson on an interim basis.
In a post-match interview with SuperSport TV, the former Chippa United star declares war on Chiefs, saying Pirates want a win at FNB Stadium.

Lorch was speaking after securing yet another Man of the Match award, his third since returning from injury, as they secured a 1-0 win over Babina Noko at Orlando Stadium.
“It wasn’t an easy game, you can see the legs are gone, fatigue you know, but we keep on going [and] we focus on the next one. which is Chiefs on Saturday,” Lorch told SuperSport TV.

“It was very important to get maximum points, we have not been doing well. I think for games without getting a result, so it was important to get three points to give us a boost for the next game on Saturday.”
LORCH ON RIVALS AHEAD OF TOUGH CLASH SOWETO DERBY
After sharing his thoughts on Sekhukhune, Lorch says the Soweto rivals, Chiefs will not be an easy opponent.
“Eish, it’s another tough game, tough opponent, I think we’re off tomorrow, we need to recover and we’ll see,” adds Lorch.

“We have to plan for that like all other games.
“We can promise a win, we’re going there to win, every game we play, we want three points, we going there to win.”
Meanwhile, Chiefs will also be gunning for a victory after their 2-1 loss to Golden Arrows last weekend meaning Johnson is gunning for his maiden win.
