The B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) programme at the National Law University (NLU), Delhi, provides a total of 110+10 seats, where 110 seats are assigned based on AILET merit. Additionally, Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO candidates can secure five seats each through direct admission based on merit, subject to having a minimum of 65% marks in the qualifying examination. Notably, Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO candidates are exempted from the AILET. The programme also includes three extra seats – one for Kashmiri Migrants and two for residents of Jammu & Kashmir.
For the LL.M. one-year programme at NLU Delhi, a total of 70+10 seats are available, with 70 seats allocated based on AILET merit. Additionally, five seats each are reserved for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO candidates, offering direct admission based on merit, and they are exempt from the AILET. The programme features an extra supernumerary seat exclusively for Kashmiri Migrants.
The Ph.D. programme at NLU Delhi provides a total of 25+2 seats, with a breakdown including 5 seats for UGC-JRF, 16 seats based on AILET merit, and 4 seats for Fellowship through AILET Merit. Additionally, 2 seats are reserved for Foreign Nationals.
