NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission on Wednesday declared the revised final result of SSC CGL 2023. Candidates who have appeared for the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2023 can check and download the revised final results from the official website at ssc.nic.in.
SSC released the Tier-I result of CGL 2023 on September 19, 2023. Thereafter, Tier II of the examination was conducted in the Computer Based Mode on October 26 and October 27, 2023.The Commission declared the final result of the SSC CGL 2023 on December 4 and after two days from the release, the final result has been revised. A total of 7859 candidates were selected.
“The final result of Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2023 was declared on 04.12.2023 recommending a total of 7859 candidates. After the declaration of the result, some representations were received by the Commission regarding discrepancies in the final result which necessitated a re-examination of the final result,” reads the official notification.
“The Commission immediately undertook a comprehensive review of the final result and found that the DEST mistakes of 261 candidates, whose computer terminals were changed during the Skill Test due to technical issues, were not considered, and hence, these 261 candidates were treated as absent in the Skill Test,” it added.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission at ssc.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the “Results” section. You can also directly access the results page through this link: https://ssc.nic.in/portal/results
Step 3: Under the “Results” section, look for the link for “Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2023 (Final Result)”.
Step 4: On the CGL results page, look for the link available for the Final Result of CGL 2023 and click on it.
Step 5: Download the final result PDF and take its printout for further use.

Based on the review of the final CGL result 2023, the discrepancy has been rectified and the following changes have been effected in the result:
(i) 23 candidates, who were earlier ‘Not selected’, have now qualified.
(ii) 23 candidates, who were earlier declared as ‘Selected’, have now become not-qualified in the revised result.
(iii) There has also been a change in the earlier Post/ Category allocation of 49 candidates.
