According to the provisions mentioned in the examination brochure, candidates with 40% or more disability, including blindness, low vision, locomotor disability (both hands affected), and cerebral palsy, are eligible for the facility of a scribe. Candidates falling under the PWD and other disabled categories must provide a certificate of physical disability in writing from the Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon to avail of this facility.
JSSC CGL 2023: Vacancy Details
To arrange for a scribe, eligible candidates must submit the prescribed application form to the Commission office by January 6, 2024. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered, and candidates will have to appear for the examination without a scribe.
Earlier, the JSSC issued a statement citing the postponement of the examination scheduled for 16th and 17th December 2023. The decision was made due to the unavailability of the selected agency to conduct the examination on the specified dates.

How to download the JSSC CGL 2023 Admit Card?
Step 1: Go to www.jssc.nic.in, the official website of the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission.
Step 2: Look for the Admit Card or Exam-related section on the homepage.
Step 3: Find the link related to the General Graduate Combined Competitive Exam 2023 (CGL) and click on it.
Step 4: Provide the required information such as registration number, date of birth, or any other details as prompted.
Step 5: Once you’ve entered the correct details, click on the download or submit button to access and download your admit card.
Step 6: After downloading, take a printout of the admit card and keep it in a safe place. It’s advisable to carry a hard copy to the exam centre as a precaution.
