“The only coach they can afford at the moment is a foreign coach, not a big hitter or big coach.” Seli told KickOff.
“They can’t afford Benni McCarthy. They cannot afford a big coach. They need to go for a white foreign coach. South African players don’t have respect for a black coach.
“They never listen to a black coach they treat him as a friend. Remember, there are big players there at Chiefs who need a foreign coach. Chiefs need a foreign coach who will come with his technical team.
“A coach who will be allowed to get rid of all the deadwood. It doesn’t matter if you are Keagan Dolly or Itumeleng Khune, if you are not adding anything to the club, you need to go.”

“Look I think we have enough quality in the team, I just think they have not been given enough opportunities as individuals and I think the way we assess them, or the way we analyse them as part of the Chiefs family,” Johnson told iDiskiTimes
“I think that needs to be a little better between myself and my coaching staff. Because then we can give them more, they can be more positive towards themselves.
“If you did come to Kaizer Chiefs as an average player, then we will make you a better player. I think we need to get in their skin right now and there are good players.”
