Retired Kaizer Chiefs star Junior Khnaye sends a message to Orlando Pirates returnee Thembinkosi Lorch who was suspended by the club.
Lorch made his return from suspension as he was found guilty of a GBV offence after he assaulted his ex-girlfriend.

The Soweto giants decided to suspend Lorch last month just after the judgment was handed down by the Randburg Magistrates Court.
In his first match since his return, Lorch replaced goalscorer Patrick Maswanganyi after 70 minutes in the win over Golden Arrows – he also had a late goal wrongfully ruled out for offside.

In his analysis for iDiskiTV, the former Chiefs fan darling Khanye urges Lorch to forget about his court case and focus on the game.

“Thembinkosi Lorch is a star player. He is a superstar. He is one of the best players ever produced in South Africa,” he stated on iDiskiTV.
“When he entered the match, the fans were excited. These people love him and he is very talented. He is good.
“If you are constructing a national team squad, that’s one of the first names on the list. I want to say to him that he needs to start focusing on his football.

“This may be his last contract because he is older. So he needs to check himself and put all his efforts into being a great player.
“The court case is done. He was found guilty but he is back from suspension now. He needs to work hard on being a better person and keep focused. Some of us were never given these second chances.”
KHANYE ON PIRATES WIN OVER ARROWS
The controversial former Chiefs player and analyst says coach Jose Riveiro’s men deserved the full three points.

On the other hand, Khanye also praised the match officials, saying they handled the match better.
“Orlando Pirates deserve this win against Arrows,” adds the former Chiefs star.
“Well done to the referee for not being biased. He awarded both clubs penalties when they both deserved them. Although I think both penalties were soft, the referee was fair.
“Pirates deserve to win the game.”
