IDBI Admit Card 2023: IDBI Bank has issued the IDBI Bank Admit Card 2024 for the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ – 2024-25, and Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) positions. Candidates scheduled for the upcoming written online examination can access their admit cards or call letters by visiting the official IDBI website at idbibank.in.
The call letter for the online examination is accessible from December 21 to December 31, 2023.
The Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) (on Contract) examination is scheduled for December 20, while the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ examination will take place on December 31, 2023.
The ongoing recruitment drive aims to fill 800 Junior Assistant Manager posts and 1300 Executives – Sales and Operations (ESO) posts. Selection process
For Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O,’ the selection process includes Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI), and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). As for Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO), the selection process comprises Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
The online examination for Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) and Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) will have the following structure:
• Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation
Number of Questions: 60
Maximum Marks: 60
Duration: Composite time of 2 hours
• English Language
Number of Questions: 40
Maximum Marks: 40
• Quantitative Aptitude
Number of Questions: 40
Maximum Marks: 40
• General/Economy/Banking Awareness/ Computer/IT
Number of Questions: 60
Maximum Marks: 60
All the mentioned tests, except for the English Language test, will be available in both English and Hindi. Candidates must qualify in each of the four tests by securing cut-off marks as determined by the Bank.
Candidates will face a penalty for wrong answers in the online examination. For each question answered incorrectly, one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted, impacting the corrected/final score. However, if a candidate leaves a question blank, meaning no answer is marked, there will be no penalty for that particular question.
Candidates who qualify in the Online Test (OT) will constitute the pool of shortlisted candidates and become eligible for the subsequent selection process. These candidates will receive calls based on a combination of higher marks and age within their respective categories. However, this process is subject to the availability of vacancies in the relevant category and/or at the discretion of the Bank.
