According to the website Moon Giant, the first full moon for the year is happening tomorrow: 6 January, 2024.

This is the first lunar event for the year, which marks the start to a whole new year filled with things to see (and write about!).

January’s full moon is referred to as the Wolf Moon, due to the fact that wolves are particularly active during this time of the year.

According to the website Time and Date, February’s lunar event happens on the last day of the month – which will be 29 February, 2024 since we’re seeing a leap year.
The February lunar event marks the second for the year, and a whole new way forward into the next lunar cycle.
