The Hero Mavrick 440, which shares its foundation with the Harley-Davidson X440, a joint venture between Hero and the US-based marque, features unique design changes. Notable design elements include a round headlamp with an H-shaped LED DRL and LED turn signals, reminiscent of its Harley-Davidson counterpart. Other features include a sculpted fuel tank, a flat handlebar, a single-piece seat, a short front fender, and telescopic forks at the front, distinguishing it from the X440’s USD units. Additionally, the motorcycle comes equipped with round bar-end mirrors.
Powering the Mavrick 440 is a 440cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine, similar to its Harley sibling. However, Hero MotoCorp might introduce a different state of tune to match the motorcycle’s unique character.
Earlier, the manufacturer had released a video teaser of the Mavrick 440, revealing additional details about its features. The motorcycle will sport a fully digital instrument cluster with possible turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity with call alerts, and other functionalities.
The company also launched Xtreme125R today. It said that the bike can take just 5.9 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h.
