The social agency has promised to do everything possible for a smoother future. The website has been improved for future use, with updates promised to the overall payment system to make things operate better.

The future of the social grant system promises to be better: this is clear from the redesigned system, and the updates that phase out cash payment points through Postbank from April, 2024.
