The heavy rain has caused the hillside to slide in two areas behind the Skyline Mobile Home Park in Torrance on Monday, Feb. 5, 2024. Jennifer Nuqui has lived in the mobile home at the very top of Skyline Drive for 8 years and says shexe2x80x99s never seen the mud flowing down the hill like this before. Nuqui said, xe2x80x9cI am scared, I just donxe2x80x99t want it to go inside the house.xe2x80x9d She will leave for work but neighbors and park personnel are going to update her of the status since the rain is expected to continue through the day.
