CTET 2024 Answer Key Out: The CBSE on Wednesday, February 7, released Central Teacher Eligibility Test Answer Key 2024 on its official website cbseit.in. Candidates who had appeared for the eligibility test held on January 21, 2024 will be able to check the answer key and raise challenges on the official portal. The last date to raise challenge is February 10, 2024, upto 11:59PM.
The release of the answer key gives CTET aspirants the option to raise answer-key challenges on any error that is found on the CTET answer key. They will be required to pay an amount of Rs 1,000 per question for every answer key challenge raised. Candidates must note that the fee once paid is non-refundable.
The notice reads, “Candidates can challenge the answer keys using the link available on the website https://ctet.nic.in/ from 07/02/2024 to 10/02/2024 (up to 11.59 PM). A fee of Rs. 1000/- per question is required to be submitted via credit/debit card. The fee, once paid, is non-refundable.”

Here’s a detailed step-by-step guide on how to raise objection for CTET 2024 Answer Key:
Step 1: Visit the official website at ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link provided for the answer key.
Step 3: Enter your roll number and date of birth.
Step 4: Find the link for submitting challenges and click on it.
Step 5: Select the question you want to challenge.
Step 6: Use the ‘Click to Enter Your Answer’ link.
Step 7: Choose the correct answer option.
Step 8: Click on the ‘Update’ link to finalize the challenge.
Step 9: Complete the challenge process.
Step 10: Pay the INR 1,000 per CTET answer key objection fee.
Step 11: Submit the challenge and save the confirmation page for future reference.
Candidates can alternately use the DIRECT LINK to navigate to the answer key portal.
The CTET January exam took place across 130 cities in the country in more than 3,100 centres. As many as 26 lakh candidates had appeared for the exam, and close to 10 lakh students had appeared for paper 1 (for classes 1 to 5) and more than 17 lakh students in paper 2 (for classes 6 to 8).
The notice further states, “If the challenge is accepted by the Board i.e. if any mistake is noticed by the subject experts in the answer key, a policy decision will be notified and the fee shall be refunded. The refund (if any) will be transferred online to the concerned credit/debit card account, so the candidates are advised to pay..”
