Synopsis
Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy and Amazon ended their JV that ran e-commerce seller Cloudtail two years ago. In April 2022, Catamaran Advisors sold its entire 76% stake in Prione (Cloudtail’s parent). However, neither the deal value nor the beneficiaries’ names have been reported.
