Step 1: Visit the official website of AAI or click on the direct link. You will be redirected to the relevant page.
Step 2: Select the AAI Admit Card 2023 as per the post for which you have applied.
Step 3: Fill in your registration number and other credentials to log in.
Step 4: AAI Admit Card 2023 should be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download your AAI admit card and take a printout of it for exam day, well in advance.

After downloading the admit cards, candidates should ensure that certain personal details mentioned on the admit card are accurate. Here are a few things you need to check:

Key details about the selection process
1. The mode of examination for all of the posts is an objective type online examination (Computer Based Test). There shall be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
2. Junior Executive (Common Cadre) appointees may find themselves assigned to various departments based on AAI Management’s discretion and alignment with departmental requirements. These departments include:
- Operations
- Commercial
- Land Management
- Airport Security
- Corporate Planning & Management Services (CP&MS) and Eco-Planning
- Corporate Communications
- Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary (CA&CS)
3. For the positions of Junior Assistant (Office) and Senior Assistant (Accounts), the examination process comprises an Online Examination followed by Application Verification and a Computer Literacy Test in MS Office. Only candidates who successfully pass the Computer Literacy Test will be deemed eligible for further consideration in the selection process.
4. The evaluation process for a Junior Executive (Fire Services) post consists of several stages:
- Online examination
- Application verification
- Physical measurement Test
- Physical endurance test, encompassing activities such as Running, Causality Carrying, Pole Climbing, Ladder Climbing, and Rope Climbing.
- Driving test
- Candidates selected for the Junior Executive (Fire Services) role are required to provide a valid Permanent Light Motor Vehicle License during the Application Verification stage. Failure to do so will result in the non-consideration of their candidature.
5. The provisional selection of candidates will be determined based on their performance in the Online Examination. This selection is contingent upon their qualification in the Computer Literacy Test, Physical Measurement and endurance Test, or Driving Test, as applicable for the specific post. It is imperative that candidates meet all other eligibility criteria prescribed for the respective post. The final merit list will be prepared in accordance with these conditions.
