ACTU secretary Sally McManus has unleashed on the mining sector’s campaign to kill Labor’s industrial relations reforms, accusing it of whipping up hysteria in a desperate attempt to protect its “wage-cutting” schemes.
Ms McManus has rubbished fears the “same pay, same pay” proposal could inflict significant damage on WA’s mining sector, saying the prospect of it causing real problems was “so low, it’s not funny”.
