Aspiring nursing candidates will be evaluated through a personal assessment by a Selection Committee, based on their merit ranking from stage I. Candidates totaling three times the number of available seats will be invited for this stage. If there are not enough Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, individuals from these groups will still be included. Similarly, if SC, ST, or OBC (NCL) candidates are lacking, more General category candidates will be invited proportionately. The assessment, scored out of 30, will consider several factors such as past academic performance in Higher Secondary or Class 12, results from Nursing exams, and work experience as a staff nurse.
