New Delhi: The Ministry of Education, Government of India, is all set to announce the ninth edition of the NIRF Ranking 2024 today, August 12, 2024, at 3:00 PM. The ranking framework evaluates institutions on five broad generic groups of parameters of teaching, learning and resources, research and professional practice, graduation outcomes, outreach and inclusivity and perception. The ranks are assigned based on the total sum of marks assigned for each of these five broad groups of parameters.
This year, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi continued its dominance as the best higher education institution in the medical parameter in the country as it secured the top spot for the fourth consecutive year. While, Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh secured the second position. Check the top 10 medical colleges and institutes in India as per the NIRF Ranking 2024.
