Andhra Pradesh PGECET 2023: Final seat allotment result releasing today; Check key details

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is expected to release the Phase 2 and Final Phase admissions results for the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) 2023, today i.e. October 16, 2023.
Candidates who have taken the exam and registered for the counselling rounds can check the results once they are released at https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
Important list of documents to be uploaded:

  • APPGECET-2023 Rank Card & APPGECET-2023 Hall Ticket
  • Provisional Certificate / Degree Certificate & Memorandum of marks of qualifying Examination
  • Memo of SSC or its equivalent
  • Study Certificate from 10th class to Graduation OR Residence Certificate for the preceding 7 years from the qualifying examination i.e. Graduation in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalized education (Aadhaar card / House hold card)
  • Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST candidates
  • Residence certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P. excluding the period of their employment outside A.P. from M.R.O. in case of candidates who studied outside the state of A.P.
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Income Certificate / Household card (white) / Ration card
  • EWS Certificate issued by Tahsildar, if applicable.
  • Candidates who have studied in Telangana but wish to claim AU/SVU regions have to submit Local Status Certificate.

According to the admission notification released by the authority, candidates who are allotted seats in a programme of their preference, they will be required to report to the designated college in order to secure their allotted seat.
In order to confirm their seats, candidates will have to reach the designated institute by October 20, 2023.
Failing to accept the seat within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the same.

The AP PGECET 2023 is a state-level entrance exam conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). It is a mandatory exam for admission into various postgraduate engineering courses offered by government and private colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
The AP PGECET 2023 exam was conducted online on May 13 and 14, 2023. The exam was of 2 hours duration and consisted of 120 multiple choice questions (MCQs) for 120 marks. There was no negative marking for wrong answers.
The AP PGECET 2023 counselling process started on August 26, 2023. It is currently in the second and final phase.
