Assam APSC CCE Prelims Exam Schedule 2023: Assam Public Service Commission(APSC) will hold the Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2023 on March 18, 2024. The Assam APSC CCE General Studies-I paper will be held between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The General Studies-II will be conducted between 2:00 PM to 04:00 PM. One can download the APSC CCE Prelims Exam Schedule 2023 by visiting the official website at https://www.apsc.nic.in.
The list of candidates along with the roll numbers and e-Admission certificates will be uploaded on February 26 and 27, 2024. No e-Admission Certificates will be sent separately by post. Syllabus for Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination: GENERAL STUDIES – Paper – I (200 marks) – 100 Questions
Duration: Two hours
- i. Current events of national and international importance.
- ii. History of India and Indian National Movement. iii. Indian and World Geography-Physical, Social, Economic Geography of India and the World. iv. Indian Polity and Governance-Constitution, Political System, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights issues etc,
- v. Economic and Social Development-Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics, Social Sector Initiatives, etc.
- vi. General issues on Environment ecology, Bio-Diversity and Climate Change- that do not require subject specialization.
- vii. General Science.
- Note: 30-35% questions in General Studies Paper I will be related to Assam.
