Aussie superWAG Bec Judd is spending school holidays with her children in Perth after she took aim at the Victorian Justice system’s handling of youth crime in her ritzy Melbourne suburb.
The 41-year-old posted a selfie on Instagram on Wednesday night alongside her “love” — ex-AFL star Chris Judd — on a Rottnest Island ferry.
Judd is believed to be spending part of the holiday period with her children in her hometown, and several members of the public are welcoming her back to Perth.
“Enjoy our beautiful island; the weather at the moment is perfect for Rotto,” said Burdettmarie.
18tracey said: “Best state to be travelling at the moment. I miss my hometown.”
“Beats the 18 degrees max temp in Melb, right?” said another.
It comes after Judd and her four children were spotted at Tullamarine Airport on Tuesday.
The Perth-raised influencer — who now lives in a multi-million dollar mansion in Melbourne’s leafy Brighton area — took to Instagram earlier this year to complain to MP Jacinta Allen about youth crime.
Judd shared a screenshot of a news article about eight repeat youth offenders being arrested and released more than 10 times each in the past year, adding her own comments.
“@victoriapolice are doing their job. The justice system and State Government are not,” she wrote.
“@jacintaallanmp stays quiet while we wonder if a gang of machete-wielding youths are going to invade our homes while our children sleep.
She wrote, “Lock bail offenders up. Ban machetes and other weapons. There’s a start.”
In June 2022, Judd made headlines again after posting to Instagram that she felt “unsafe” in her Melbourne mansion and that the State Government was not doing enough to “combat rapes, bashings and home invasions”.
During an interview with Stellar, Judd revealed that her daughter Billie had a profound sporting ability like her Brownlow-winning dad.
Chris played for both the West Coast Eagles and Carlton.
“Out of all of the kids, she’s probably the most naturally physically aggressive,” Judd said.
“I remember I posted a video on Instagram of her tackling all the boys in the backyard, and, honestly, she just mows through the ball. She’s got a gift, that’s for sure.”
