A MUM was tragically discovered dead in a hotel room after being discharged from a mental health unit.
Anna Jane Marshall, 37, had been receiving treatment at the Cygnet’s Nield House in Crewe, Cheshire, after voluntarily admitting herself.
In August, the mum-of-onem from Lancashire, was discharged by the hospital to a nearby Travelodge.
She was later found dead in her hotel room.
No further details had been shared at time of writing.
Friends and family members described Anna as a “beautiful soul inside and out”.

An inquest into Anna’s death began on January 17 at Preston Coroner’s Court.
Coroner Kate Bisset decided that the final hearing will be an Article Two inquest, according to LancsLive.
This means the state or its agents, like health or social care services, might have failed to protect her against a threat or health risk.
Both the Cygnet and Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust are expected to give evidence at the hearing.
Tributes to Anna have been shared on Facebook after the tragic news of her death was announced.
People described her as “the most beautiful person” who enjoyed going to gigs.
One friend said: “You were a beautiful soul inside and out, rest in peace gorgeous girl.”
Another posted: “I am absolutely heartbroken and I’m still waiting for all of this to be one big mistake, it can’t be real.
“Your smile could light up an entire room and the amount of lives you’ve touched over the years I bet I couldn’t count.”
A date for the final inquest, in which the cause of death should be revealed, will be announced in due course.
