Expanding its extensive list of collaborations, Bershka taps into the world of soccer with a new collection that fuses sporty and retro styles.
This urban-themed capsule features contemporary cuts showcasing the crests and colors of three major MLS teams: Inter Miami CF, LA Galaxy, and New York Red Bulls. All items in this collection are now available on Bershka’s online platform and select stores.
The collection ranges from €17.99 for an oversized T-shirt in the iconic white of the New York team to €45.99 for denim shorts. Catering to men, women, and unisex preferences, the lineup also includes polos, sweatshirts, midi dresses, and technical jerseys reminiscent of team kits.
This isn’t the first time a brand has jumped on the soccer trend. Just a month ago, Pull&Bear, also part of the Inditex group led by Marta Ortega, launched a capsule collection inspired by the 90s soccer kit aesthetic as part of its urban style line STWD.
Founded in 1998, Bershka is part of the Inditex brand portfolio, which includes Pull&Bear, Zara, Zara Home, Oysho, Lefties, Stradivarius, and Massimo Dutti. By the end of 2023, Bershka operated 856 stores, both owned and franchised, and was present in around 220 markets through its online channel.
Bershka reported a 10% increase in sales for its fiscal year 2023 compared to the previous year, reaching €2.621 billion.
