Bhumi Pednekar is one of the few actresses who have gone from XL to XS size, and just like most celebs, she has also been subjected to her fair share of trolls. The Badhaai Do star recently opened up about dealing with the trolls and how this has made her thick-skinned over time. During her interaction with News18, Bhumi Pednekar stated that no matter what one does, the trolls will always find a reason to target someone. She added that the troll culture has become so common that even if she shares a picture donning a fully covered dress, trolls will have something to say.
Bhumi Pednekar also said that previously it was only the family members who used to criticise someone, however, now the boundaries seem to have vanished. The diva revealed that she has now grown thick-skinned to these trolls. She recalled that ever since she was a child, people used to tell her that she would look more beautiful if she dropped a few kilos.
Bhumi Pednekar even called these trolls hypocrites, “What kind of people are these? They speak about preserving their culture but they use such nasty language to share their opinions about you in their comments. It’s in our culture to respect women and conduct ourselves in a respectful way but the way they speak in is gross and disgusting!”
