After completing the registration process, which aims to finalize admissions for the D.El.Ed.course in the 2023-2025 session, students will have the opportunity to fill out their choice form and submit it online. Following this, the BSEB will publish amerit list, which will be determined by the information provided in the choice form and the candidates’ scores in the entrance exam.
Candidates who are selected from the merit list will receive an invitation for document verification and admission. This will be organized at the respective training institutes that provide the DElEd course.
The counselling process will continue until all available seats in the DElEd course are occupied. This course will be offered across 306 D.El.Ed colleges in Bihar.

The prospective candidates can register for the Bihar Board‘s counselling process from today (i.e., Monday, October 30) to November 5, 2023.
The Bihar Board announced the results of the D.El.Ed Entrance Examination 2023, which took place from June 5 to June 15, on October 16.
Out of a total of 1.39 lakh candidates who participated in the entrance examination, 1,17,037 candidates have been declared successful.
Using the information provided in the candidates’ applications, the Bihar Board will allocate colleges and seats based on their scores, ranks, and categories. The first list of allocations is scheduled for release on November 11, 2023.
Candidates assigned seats in the first list will need to complete their admissions at the respective institutes from November 13 to November 18.
A second list containing the remaining available seats, following admissions from the first list, is set to be published on November 26. Admissions based on this list will take place on November 27 and 28.
Following these admissions, the third list will be released on December 1.
