he Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has released the admit cards for the BTSC Driver exam 2023 on its official website- btsc.bih.nic.in.
Candidates who have registered for the exam, can check the official website and download the exam admit card.

Candidates can also click on the direct link and follow the steps mentioned below to download the admit card-
Step 1: Click on the direct link to navigate to the Bihar Technical Service Commission official exam portal.
Step 2: At the login site, enter your Application Number and Password.
Step 3: Click on the “Download Admit Card” button.
Step 4: Your admit card will be displayed in PDF format.
Step 5: Save or print a copy of your admit card for future reference.
The BTSC had initiated the registration process for Vehicle driver on September 1, 2023.
The BTSC advertised a total of 145 vacancies for the post of vehicle driver.
The advertised vacancies are for recruitment into various departments of the State Government of Bihar, such as Water Resources Department, Minor water resource department and Environment, Forest & Climate Change Department.
The registration was open till September 30, 2023.
Candidates can now download the admit cards for the exam scheduled to be held on November 10, 2023.
Selection process
A Computer Based Test – I (CBT-I) will be conducted by the commission
(a) The test will contain 100 objective type questions carrying 100 marks to be completed within two hours, available in Hindi and English.
(b) Negative marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer, 1 mark awarded for each correct answer.
(c) Minimum qualifying marks: 40% for general category, 36.5% for backward class, 34% for extremely backward class, and 32% for scheduled caste/scheduled tribe, women, and disabled candidates.

For the working experience of driving a vehicle of a driver duly employed on contract basis in the offices of Bihar Government (5 (five marks) for each year of driving experience, maximum 25 (twenty-five marks)) working days for a part of a year. After multiplying by 05, the proportional score obtained by dividing by 365 will be added to the number, (Resolution No. 0-1003 of General Administration Department, dated 22.01.2021). 25
