Bulgari has announced its support as the primary sponsor for the next three editions of the Whitney Biennial.

As part of the partnership, Bulgari will take center stage as the primary sponsor for the 2024, 2026, and 2028 editions of the Whitney Biennial, a major event of American contemporary art renowned for its discovery of emerging artists.
The upcoming 81st edition will bring together 71 visionary artists and collectives, curated by Chrissie Iles and Meg Onli. Opening on March 20 and running until August 11, 2024, the exhibition, titled ‘Whitney Biennial 2024: Even Better Than the Real Thing’ explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is complicating our understanding of what is real, and rhetoric around gender and authenticity.
“We are thrilled to embark on this partnership with the Whitney Museum, one of the foremost supporters of modern and contemporary art worldwide. This collaboration further strengthens our commitment to the arts,” said Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of the Bulgari Group.
“The Whitney Museum plays a pivotal role in shaping influences and innovation in contemporary art, and for a Maison like Bulgari, dedicated to creativity and original forms of artistic expression, this move is essential to continuously broaden our vision and imagination through culturally relevant experiences.”
Bulgari has provided support for various art forms over the years, including funding the restoration of iconic monuments and archaeological sites in Rome.
