CASEMIRO believes the glory days will return to Manchester United under Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
The Ineos chief has purchased 25 per cent of the club from the Glazer family for £1.3billion.
Ratcliffe and his aides are now set to run football operations at Old Trafford.
The British billionaire has already met Erik ten Hag and the squad to explain his plans for the club.
And Casemiro is convinced the Red Devils will soon be back competing for Premier League titles due to their new owner’s qualities.
The midfielder told CNN: “Ratcliffe has already introduced himself to us.
“I think with his winning mentality and his wins in all sports, it’s always very important to have people that want to continue growing.
“With his experience he’ll return Manchester United to the highest possible level.
“We are very hungry to learn, grow and take the club to the highest place.”
However, Casemiro might not be part of Ratcliffe’s Man Utd rebuild after he questioned staff on why they spent £70m on him.

There are rumours that the 31-year-old Brazilian could leave the club at the end of the season.
Reports suggest Saudi Arabian sides are interested in the £70million man.
But United are facing a nightmare trying to offload him due to teams not wanting to match his £350,000-a-week wages.
