The Cavinder twins have got a friend in one another.
The social media sensations got into the Halloween spirit over the weekend when they transformed into beloved “Toy Story” characters, Woody and Buzz Lightyear, in a new TikTok video.
Haley and Hanna can be seen dancing in their costumes to Randy Newman’s “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” which was featured in the 1995 animated classic that starred Tom Hanks and Tim Allen as the voices of Woody and Buzz, respectively.
“I really love those Halloween costumes. They look too cute,” one fan wrote in the comments section.
Another added, “Buzz has never looked so good.”
The playful post comes just weeks after Haley revealed she’ll be returning to college basketball for a fifth season.
The former University of Miami star, who reached the Elite 8 in last season’s NCAA tournament – along with sister Hanna — will focus on the 2024-25 season in terms of a timeline.
“As a businesswoman, she’s excited to see what type of opportunities there might be in the portal,” Haley’s agent, Jeff Hoffman, told On3 Sports earlier this month.
“It comes from a foundation of she misses basketball more than anything in the world and as it approaches another season, even more so. She is going to hop in the portal. She’s 100% making her return to college basketball.”
Haley and Hanna originally announced in April that they were leaving Miami to “start a new chapter.”
The decision to move on was far from easy, with the 22-year-old sisters revealing on an August installment of their “Twin Talk” podcast that they “got in a fight” over it.
“We got in a fight, if you really want to know the tea, and I was like ‘Hanna, I’m going back,’ and she was like, ‘I’m not going back, I’m not doing it anymore,’” Haley said at the time.
“We made it to the Elite 8, that was Hanna and I’s goal. Hanna didn’t want to play, so she made me quit basketball.”
During their collegiate career, the Cavinder twins built an NIL empire, signing with brands such as Victoria’s Secret PINK and Champs Sports.
The sisters also signed an NIL deal with the WWE in December 2021.
