MATT O’RILEY has been thrilling Celtic fans with his scintillating performances in the Scottish Premiership this season.
And now he’s delighting the Hoops faithful even when he’s not on the pitch!
Celtic stars have been making the most of their time off during the Premiership’s winter break.
Goalkeeper Benji Siegrist has jetted off to the Maldives with his celebrity girlfriend, while Luis Palma has been spotted all over Europe having taken in Iceland, France and London.
Star man O’Riley has been on his travels too, and he’s taken to Instagram to share a few snaps from his trip.
The 23-year old hasn’t revealed where his, but he can be seen meeting a camel out in the desert.
But it’s another snap that’s caught Hoops fans’ attention.
O’Riley shared a pic of himself holding a surfboard and paddle, while showing-off his physique.
He captioned the post: “Just smile & begin again. Grateful for these experiences”
And it’s fair to say fans were loving it!
One Celtic fan joked: “I hope my wife doesn’t see this pic or I’m getting chucked.”
Another said: “Handsome chap.”
A third added: “Matt, behave.”
While a fourth said: “You are the most beautiful human being on planet Earth.”
O’Riley was snapped-up by the Hoops two years ago from MK Dons for just £1.5million, plucked from the third tier of English football by Ange Postecoglou.
And what a signing he’s been.
With five trophies under his belt, O’Riley’s performances have caught the eye and for many he’s been the country’s top player so far this campaign.
With that has come plenty of transfer speculation with some huge clubs linked with a big money swoop for the fans’ favourite.
Just this week, ex-Celtic captain Paul Lambert revealed he thinks O’Riley could even be good enough to play for all-conquering Manchester City.
And transfer speculation certainly seemed to be on the mind of one Celtic fan in the comments.
