The National Testing Agency has released the answer key for the Quality Council of India (QCIN), Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM) recruitment preliminary exam 2023.
Candidates who had appeared in the CGPDTM 2023 Prelims exam for recruitment of 553 posts, can check the answer key on the official website at exams.nta.ac.in/DPIIT.
How to check the answer key?
In order to check the answer key and raise objection/challenge, candidates will be required to log into the recruitment portal of CGPDTM. They will need to login using their registered email address and date of birth and the security code generated. Following which, the answer key and other options will be displayed.

Another way to check the answer key is by going to the NTA exam portal through this DIRECT LINK.
Candidates will be required to login through a similar process, using the Application/Roll number, date of birth, and the security PIN shown on the page. Subsequently candidates will be able to download and view the answer key.
In addition to this, candidates will also be able to raise any discrepancy in the answer key on the portal itself, by paying a fee or Rs. 200.
The NTA in the answer key notice stated, “The Preliminary Exam (Phase 1) was conducted for the Post of Examiner of Patents and Designs against 553 vacancies under DR quota in the Patent Office at 260 Centres located in 103 cities throughout the country on 21 December 2023 (Thursday) for about 89657 candidates. The result for the Preliminary exam will be declared soon on the official website.”

The Selection Process for CGPDTM Recruitment 2023 consists of several stages. It begins with the Prelims Written Exam, followed by the Mains Written Exam. Subsequently, candidates proceed to the Interview stage, where their suitability and capabilities are assessed.
