CRISTIANO RONALDO has been praised of his classy gesture to Jack Hendry.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner clashed with the Scotland defender back in October.
He and Hendry were involved in a tussle during a heated King’s Cup tie between Al-Nassr and Al-Ettifaq.
Both players became entangled as they aggressively jostled for the ball.
Despite being visibly furious at not being awarded a free-kick at the time, Ronaldo later swapped shirts with Hendry after the match, which Al-Nassr won 1-0.
Hendry has now praised Ronaldo for his post-match gesture as he reflected on his time in Saudi Arabia.
“(It’s) really good to be playing against these types of guys,” the 28-year-old told BBC Sport.
“Ronaldo is obviously one of the best players in the world and what he has achieved is amazing.
“To test myself against him and have that kind of tussle is always enjoyable. It was good to speak to him after and swap jerseys. I’ll keep that for a later date!”
The defender joined Al-Ettifaq from Club Brugge in the summer and has since made 15 appearances under Steven Gerrard.

Jordan Henderson, Demarai Gray and Georginio Wijnaldum were also recruited by the former Rangers boss this year.
As for Ronaldo, the veteran forward has been in fine form for Al-Nassr so far this term.
He has already scored 16 goals and added nine assists in 17 appearances across all competitions.
