Reilly succeeds Rick Blackshaw, who is leaving the company effective immediately. He will join the executive leadership team on April 29 and will report directly to Andrew Rees, chief executive officer.

Reilly joins the Broomfield, Colorado-based company from drinkware firm Stanley Brand, where he served a president. Prior to his time at Stanley, Reilly served as the chief marketing officer at Crocs, Inc., in addition to holding various other marketing leadership roles, from 2013 to 2020, after holding various senior level marketing and leadership positions.

“We are thrilled to be welcoming back Terence to the Crocs, Inc. family,” said Rees.

“Terence has had tremendous success in creating and executing brand-building playbooks at both Stanley and Crocs by leveraging iconic product, scaling awareness, driving brand relevance and ultimately building communities. Having previously worked alongside him, I am confident he is the right person to lead the HeyDude brand into its next phase of growth.”

In its most recent trading update, Crocs Inc. announced record-breaking annual sales of nearly $4 billion, up 11.5%, on the back on another strong quarter for the period ending December 31.

The Broomfield, Colorado-based footwear firm said fourth-quarter revenues were $960 million, an increase of 1.6% from the same period last year with direct-to-consumer revenues up 6.8%, partially offset by a 4.6% contraction in wholesale revenues.

By brand, Crocs revenues were $732 million, up 10%, while HeyDude revenues were $228 million, a decrease of 18.5% from the same period last year.
